RemovalQuotes.co.uk is a trading name of Sawtry Media Limited, a company registered in England (company number 05080337) with its registered office at Eco Innovation Centre, Peterscourt, City Road, Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, PE1 1SA. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Sawtry Media Limited. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller, registration number ZA269839.
We are the controller of the limited personal data we collect through this website, as described below. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices and rights you have under UK data protection law, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
How quote requests work
RemovalQuotes.co.uk is an information and introduction website. We do not provide removal services and we do not provide quotations ourselves.
The quote request form on this website is provided and operated by our partner, Skydreams B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands (company number 24330161) at Godebaldkwartier 371, 3511 DT Utrecht, The Netherlands. When you complete the quote form:
- the details you enter, such as your name, contact details, addresses and moving requirements, are collected directly by Skydreams B.V. through its own systems;
- Skydreams B.V. acts as an independent controller of that information and is responsible for how it is used, stored and protected;
- Skydreams B.V. shares your request with independent removal companies that may be able to help, and those companies contact you directly with their quotations; and
- each removal company that receives your details is responsible for its own use of them.
We do not receive or store the details you type into the quote form. We may receive limited information from Skydreams B.V. confirming that a quote request was made through our website, so that our introduction can be recorded.

Information we collect
When you visit our website
Like most websites, our servers automatically record technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the pages you view, the website that referred you, and the date and time of your visit.
Quote form activity
We record when the quote form is viewed or submitted on a page of our website, together with the page address, IP address, browser information and the date and time. We use this to understand how our website performs, to reconcile introductions with our partner, and to help detect fraudulent or automated activity. This record does not include the details you enter into the form.
When you contact us
If you write to us, we keep your correspondence and contact details so that we can respond and keep a record of our dealings with you.

Who we share information with

Skydreams B.V. is based in the Netherlands, within the European Economic Area. The UK recognises the EEA as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data. Some technical service providers we rely on, such as those delivering web fonts and icons, may process your IP address outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or other safeguards permitted by UK data protection law.
How long we keep information
We keep server logs and quote form activity records for no longer than 24 months, unless we need them for longer to investigate fraud or deal with a legal claim. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for up to six years afterwards, in case of any legal claim.
Your rights

- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances;

Our website is intended for adults arranging a house move. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
