Updating your address everywhere is one of the most tedious parts of moving. Missing someone can mean lost post, missed bills or even fines. Work through this list from about four weeks before your move.

- Electoral roll: register to vote at your new address.
- Benefits and pensions: tell the DWP or relevant office if you receive any.
- TV Licensing: move your licence to your new address.
